Balance

Increasing Bat and Heavy Health values for longer interactions

Added 'hint' mortar shots

When players aren't near any active artillery camps, a stray mortar shell will occasionally fly by from the direction of an uncleared cam.  This shell has a longer lasting smoke trail, in the hopes of leading players towards the camp

 Fixed issue where character health was set from wrong source

 Increasing health of Demon Dogs and Heavy Grunts to be more reflective of their physical size/aggressiveness

Enclaves

Added opening instructions text

Added delay between level load and enemy spawn

Added results/reward text before reloading level

Buffed rewards on timed enclave

Enclaves can now spawn between different random encounters

Added more encounters

Adjusted existing encounter difficulty

Rebalanced rewards

Fixed enemies not spawning if enclave checkpoint data is not cleared properly

All remaining enemies will die on enclave success
